Tracking ID's should be included automatically in your dispatch confirmation email. Please get in touch if you did no receive a tracking ID and we can double check this for you.

If Royal Mail attempt to deliver a parcel when no one is home, your postman/woman will leave a red calling card and the parcel will be waiting for collection at your most local post office. It is the customer's responsibility to retrieve the undelivered parcel or schedule a redelivery online.

Products shipped internationally from the UK may be subject to import taxes and duties imposed by local governments. The customer is the importer of record and therefore is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and custom clearance fees. Any additional taxes, fees or other charges necessary to clear the parcel through customers will need to be paid in full by the customer. Can I Amend My Delivery Address?

If you entered your address incorrectly please email us at info@hairveda.co.uk as soon as possible and we can see whether we can help you otherwise, if your parcel has already been dispatched, we need to wait for Royal Mail to send this back to us, which could take 1-2 weeks. We are happy to send your package again however, you will need to cover the cost of shipping.
