Can I Return My Order?

We would like all our customers to be happy with their purchase and therefore are able to offer a refund (excluding shipping) and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging so that product is completely reusable. Please note, that if the seal has been broken on the bottle you will not be able to return your order. If you are eligible for a refund, we will email to notify you and the refund will be processed and credited automatically to the original payment method. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. 


If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or a replacement.

How Can I Return My Order?


To return an item, please email us at explaining the reason for return. Customers will be required to purchase their returns postage and we strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, in addition, we advise using a tracked postage service to ensure it reaches us.  When returning your order, please ensure the item is packaged properly and ensure there is adequate packing to protect the contents. 

Allow at least 7 working days for the package to reach us.

Can I Amend My Order?

All sales are final however, if you have any issues please get in touch via You have 1 hour after completing your purchase to request a cancellation or edit the delivery address. Once the order has been marked as dispatched, unfortunately no amendments can be made but please do email us in case there is any way we can help.
